Affordable Counselling Epping Forest

Counselling is based on listening and helping people see their situation more clearly, enabling them to make good decisions in life. Up to 8 sessions will be available lasting for 50 minutes each. The first session will be an assessment

Our counsellors are fully qualified members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (www.bacp.co.uk) and are therefore bound by the BACP ethical Framework for good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to its Professional Conduct Procedure.
